• 5 Theory Lessons: Learn about diving principles, safety rules, equipment handling, and underwater communication.

• 4 Open-Sea Dives: Practice in real Red Sea conditions under instructor supervision.

• Final Exam: A short written test to confirm your knowledge and award certification.

 

The course is conducted over 2–3 days with flexible scheduling.

All lessons take place with experienced, certified PADI instructors at our professional diving center in Sharm El Sheikh.

🧑🏫 Entry Requirements

 

 

• Minimum age: 10 years (PADI Junior Open Water Diver).

• Health: Good overall physical condition. Must be able to float for 10 minutes and swim 200 m unaided.

• Age 58+: Requires a doctor’s medical approval (can be arranged on-site with a local specialist in Sharm El Sheikh).

🎓 Certification Details

 

After successfully completing the course and final exam:

 

• You’ll be registered in the PADI Worldwide System.

• You’ll receive a personal PADI account and an official e-certificate valid worldwide.

• You’ll be qualified to dive up to 18 meters with a certified buddy.

 

You can also continue your training immediately with the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (AOWD) course, which qualifies you to dive up to 30 meters.
